The event takes place from the 14th – 17th of September at the popular Carlow venue and six players gain their place in the field for the event, which is supported by Sport Ireland, through their Challenge Tour categories.

Gary Hurley, Chris Selfridge, Kevin Phelan, Ruaidhri McGee, Cormac Sharvin and Gavin Moynihan will tee it up while there are starts provided for Neil O’Briain and Brian Casey through Team Ireland Golf.

Three amateurs, Stuart Grehan, Robin Dawson and Colm Campbell will also take their places in the event thanks to Team Ireland Golf.

Dermot McElroy and Reeve Whitson have opted to compete on the EuroPro Tour instead of travelling home for the Challenge Tour event.
