Barry Anderson followed up his superb victory a County Sligo in the West of Ireland Championship with another wonderful display at the Munster Strokeplay.

Anderson returned rounds of 70 and 72 to take the title, beating Peter O’Keefe and Ronan Mullarney by one shot at Cork Golf Club.  Anderson needed to get up and down from the edge of the green on 18 in the second round to secure the title, and after O’Keefe missed a 35 footer it left the Royal Dublin man with a one stroke margin.
