Audi Centre welcomes the return of the 2026 quattro Cup at Dun Laoghaire Golf Club

The 2026 Audi quattro Cup season continued in style with the Audi Centre regional qualifier taking place at Dun Laoghaire Golf Club. A total of 92 golfers competed in the event, with strong interest and competitive scoring throughout the day.

Tom Shanahan and Paul Shanahan claimed victory with 40 points, finishing five points clear of the field. Their performance secured them the Audi Centre quattro Cup title, along with qualification for the Irish national final. The next five highest-ranked teams also progress to the final at Druids Glen Golf Resort in September.

The Audi quattro Cup continues across Ireland with nine regional events scheduled through May, June, and July, all leading toward the national final. Now in its 36th year, the tournament is the world’s largest amateur golf series, involving more than 70,000 golfers across 38 countries and 600 events worldwide.

Additional regional events are being hosted for Audi customers by Audi dealerships nationwide at some of Ireland’s best golf courses to determine who will join the Audi Centre qualifiers at the national final.

The Audi quattro Cup is a team-based competition with each team consisting of two players and is open to Audi customers and their chosen teammate. The maximum handicap is 36 (index) per player and 56 (index) per team. The handicap difference between the players in a team must not exceed 20. Very limited places remain for 2026, Audi customers are encouraged to contact their local dealership for more information.
