A €3,000 prize fund will be up for grabs when the eagerly-anticipated 36-hole St. Anne’s Scratch Cup returns to the calendar on Friday, August 11th.

Proudly supported by ALG, KPMG and Windsor Motors Raheny, a strong field is expected to line out on the day as the Bull Island gem belatedly returns to the schedule.

Evolution at St. Anne’s has been a constant in the interim and the links is reaping the fruits of significant investment in recent years.

The 36-hole Scratch Cup will shine a richly deserved spotlight on the work undertaken at St. Anne’s in recent times and with the help of committed sponsors, it’s unlikely the event will drop off the schedule again any time soon.

The order of play on the day will see a shotgun start in operation at 9am before the second round tees off at 2.15pm. Entries close on Monday, August 7 with the lowest 60 handicaps earning their spots in the field.

A lot of work has already gone into reviving this once great event and ensuring its return is a great success, so why not get involved?
