The 49th edition of the Elm Park Open Mixed Foursomes proudly sponsored by Applegreen is taking place from May 25th – 28th next month.
The event is targeted towards the lower handicap players and is a match play event, running from Wednesday evening to the Final on Saturday afternoon.
Much emphasis is placed on the social side of the week with food every night, a complimentary BBQ and live entertainment on the Thursday night, followed by dinner on Saturday evening with The Brass Kings as the live entertainment.
To commence the week, there will be an open mixed foursomes stableford competition on Sunday 22nd of May which is open to all Golf Ireland members of all handicaps with the price set at a very attractive €20 for visitors.
The Match Play competition then gets underway with round one on Wednesday where a maximum combined handicap of 24 is in play. The price is €70 per pair with a shotgun start in operation on Wednesday and Thursday ahead of the finals. Entries opened on April 1 and close on May 9.
