Tiger Woods will speak publicly for the first time since February’s horrific car smash when he addresses the media at 9am local Bahamas time Tuesday in the Media Centre at this week’s Hero World Challenge in Albany, Bahamas.

Woods is the tournament host of the 20-player only $3.5m event and it will be a first occasion since 23rd February, the day the world was shocked to learn of Woods writing off the car he was driving and the subsequent extent of his injuries, that the 15-time major champion will have spoken of the events in suburban Los Angeles.
