GolfPass has arrived to Sky Q, bringing golfers of all skill levels a new way to access some of the best golf instruction. App users can take lessons from greats of the game like Rory McIlroy and a faculty of world-class coaches, all from the comfort of their living room.

GolfPass on Sky Q is home to a vast library of golf content, with Emmy Award-winning Golf Channel films, exclusive original programming, and tips and insights from top tour players. Find out what it takes to become a 4-time Major winner from Rory McIlroy, discover how Bryson DeChambeau achieves maximum distance, and let Shane Lowry guide you through the approach that saw him win the Open Championship.

GolfPass co-founder Rory McIlroy says: “We’re thrilled that GolfPass has launched on Sky Q, giving aspiring players top tips from pros and leading coaches from across the world. Over the last year we have seen a large uptake in the game from a grass-roots level which is great to see – and it’s fantastic to be able to provide golfers old and new with tips to improve their game from their living room.”

To access the app, Sky users simply have to say “GolfPass” into their Sky Q voice remote or scroll to the app section from their Sky Q homepage. The GolfPass app is also accessible via the Sky Sports Golf section in the Sky menu.

GolfPass members can sign in via the Sky Q app, sync their GolfPass account and start watching golf content straight away. Non-members can browse unlocked videos and sample a taste of what GolfPass has to offer before they sign up. From 8 July-8 August, Sky VIP members who join GolfPass via Sky Q will receive an exclusive discount. Sky customers looking to learn more can visit www.sky.com/golfpass

With golf lessons and instructional content from players like Rory, Bryson, Shane Lowry and Morgan Pressel available at the press of a button, it has never been easier to improve your game – whether picking up a club for the first time or trying to “break 80.”

Find programs to help you get a few extra yards off the tee, improve your putting accuracy or to help you take the first steps on your golfing journey. The coaching faculty includes: Chris Como, Sean Foley, Martin Hall, Michael Bannon, Martin Chuck and Andrew Rice, to name a few, helping to turn those bogeys into birdies.

GolfPass members can also access classic Golf Channel shows like the entire Feherty catalogue (including interviews with Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer) and Big Break, as well as GolfPass original productions such as The Conor Moore Show.

Paul Murray, GolfPass UK & Ireland, says: “We are delighted to be able to enhance our member experience by launching GolfPass as an app in Sky Q. This will help bring our instruction and golf content to an even wider audience across the UK & Ireland, helping golfers improve their game no matter their skill level. Take some lessons from Rory and the rest of our faculty from the comfort of your own living room, introduce your family and friends to golf, or sit back on the sofa and enjoy some of our award-winning golf films. This will truly be a game changer for golf lovers.”
