Sean Keeling is just four shots off the early lead at the Scottish Boys Championship in Linden.

The Roganstown starlet carded a one-under 70 and trails Germany’s Jingchen Feng who leads on five-under.

Keeling recovered from a double bogey on the par-5 13th hole with a brace of birdies on 15 and 16 to lie in fourth place.

The teenager had earlier birdied the ninth and twelfth holes either side of a dropped shot on 11.

Also off to a goof start is Sam Allister who posted a one-under 72 for twelfth place while Finlay Eager is on eight-over.
