The 2025 Audi quattro Cup season continued with the Audi Limerick regional competition taking place where a total of 90 golfers in 45 teams took part in the tournament with blue skies and the sun shining on golfers at the impressive Dromoland Castle Golf Club.
In an incredible day of competition, Brian McGrath and David McGrath were announced as the winners with a score of 45 points, 25 on the back nine and now hold the celebrated title of the Audi Limerick quattro Cup winners.
They, along with the next five highest ranking teams, qualify for the Audi Ireland national quattro Cup final taking place at The K Club on the 22nd of September.
Additional regional events are being hosted for Audi customers by Audi dealerships nationwide at some of Ireland’s best golf courses to determine who will join the Audi Limerick qualifiers at the national final. The successful pairing that claim first prize at the national quattro Cup will represent Ireland at the 2025 Audi quattro Cup World final hosted in the picturesque Al Mouj Golf Club, Oman.
The World Final in November will present finalists from 38 countries across the world, including Ireland, with a once in a lifetime opportunity to visit and play on a World Top 100 golf course on the pristine Indian Ocean coastline of Oman, against a backdrop of the Hajar mountains.
The Audi quattro Cup tournament now in its 35th year welcomes approximately over 70,000 golfers globally, making it the largest amateur golfing tournament in the world.
