The accolades keep coming for Sara Byrne who has been tabbed to the ANNIKA Award List for Spring 2023-24.
The University of Miami golfer recently became the first golfer in programme history to win two ACC Golfer of the Month awards.
The ANNIKA Award presented by Stifel is given annually to the top female Division I collegiate golfer.
The Douglas star has enjoyed a dominant season winning twice, setting a programme scoring record as well as registering five top-10 finishes.
Byrne etched her name into not only the Miami golf record books, but also the NCAA women’s golf record books as her 54-hole score of 197 (-19) at the Hurricane Invitational is the lowest in programme history and is currently tied for third for lowest individual 54-hole score in NCAA women’s golf history.
