Roganstown starlet Sean Keeling eased to a two-shot win at the Hacienda del Alamo Masters on the European Pro Golf Tour as his stock continues to rise.
The teenager, who won the Ulster and Connacht Boys in 2022, teed off with a five-shot lead and was never really under threat as a three-under 69 gave him an eight-under total to fend off Aydan Verdonk of The Netherlands and England’s Alex Belt.
Keeling powered home with three birdies in his last five holes and he also romped to the amateur class title with a seven-shot win over Johannes Gudmundsson from Iceland.
It has been an impressive winter period for both the Keelings with brother Patrick picking up a Toro Tour win while Sean now adds a win to a pair of runner-up finishes on the Toro Tour.
Padraig O’Dochartaigh shot a final round 76 to finish in fourth place on five-over while Patrick Keeling was seven shots further back in fifth place.
