An exciting job opportunity has arisen within Golf Ireland, and they are seeking to recruit a suitably qualified candidate to support the Handicapping and Course rating functions.

Based at the Golf Ireland Head Office in Maynooth Co Kildare, applications are invited for a person who can be the first point of call for golfers and golf clubs with regards to handicapping matters.

The successful applicant will respond directly to enquiries to organisations via email, as well as supporting the Course Rating and Handicapping Manager on projects to enhance the effectiveness of the Handicap and Course Rating systems on the island of Ireland.

Application Process 

The closing date for applications will be Wednesday 21 September 2022.  Applicants will need to be eligible to work within the EU & UK. A detailed letter of application and full CV should be sent by email to careers@golfireland.ie with the subject ‘Course Rating and Handicapping Co-ordinator’. All applications will be retained as confidential.

  • Phone Screening and Shortlisting will take place w/c 26 September
  • First Round Interviews will be held on Friday 7 October
  • Second Round Interviews will be held on Friday 14 October
