Seven of the eight All-Ireland Finalists will be known this weekend in the Flogas Irish Mixed Foursomes.

The competition is the only inter-club event in Ireland where men and women play together on the same team.

Almost 300 clubs entered the competition in 2022, looking to succeed Doneraile as All-Ireland champions.

The Cork club were eliminated in Round 2 in the Munster West competition by Castlegregory. None of last year’s eight Regional winners have reached the Regional Finals in 2022, showing a strength in depth in the competition.

All eight Regional winners will meet in Athlone from 29 September to 2 October for the All-Ireland Finals.
