Stephanie Meadow is right in the mix after a productive couple of days at the Valley Forge Invitational in Pennsylvania.

Meadow, who’s already won one on the Symetra Tour this season, goes in search of a quick return to the LPGA circuit despite some tough playing conditions.

The Jordanstown star finished with three birdies in her last five holes to bounce back from a double bogey on 13th to revitalise her ambitions ahead of the weekend.

Currently in a tie for 20th, Meadow is eight shots behind America’s Laura Wearn who’s marching clear at 11-under-par.
Given the weather, the good walk remained unspoiled.
