Pádraig Harrington found his form on the final day of the second major of the 2026 PGA TOUR Champions season as the 54-year-old posted a four-under-par 68 to climb up to T11 and nine-under-par.

It was a very steady round for Harrington, with his only slip coming at the par-3 fourth. Harrington made four birdies on the front nine, with his best coming at the par-4 third – the hardest hole at Greystone Golf and Country Club.

Taking the turn at three-under, Harrington went on a run of pars until the final round, where the three-time major winner made birdie to finish on a high.

It was a week of struggles for Tyrone’s Darren Clarke as the 57-year-old failed to post an under-par round, as he finished T53 at three-over.

Starting on the back-nine, Clarke made birdie at the 12th before making three bogeys in a row between 13 and 15. Clarke did well to limit the damage as he made two birdies and a bogey on his way back to the clubhouse to post a one-over-par final round.

At the top of the leaderboard USA’s Stewart Cink eased his way to a three shot win as the 52-year-old secured his second major win of the season.

Cink started well with two birdies on the front nine but managed to pull even further away on the back nine after consecutive birdies at the 11th and 12th. A bogey and a birdie were to follow as Cink posted a three-under-par 69 to finish his week at 18-under.

“This weekend was a little scrappy,” Cink said. “I’m really proud I was able to stay out front.”

“I could get used to this, it’s not ever going to get old. Age is an important factor on the PGA TOUR Champions and I’m still on the younger side,” he added.

Cink is starting to hit his stride with his fourth win of the year on PGA TOUR Champions and his third title in the last four weeks. He also won the season-ending event last year, giving him five victories in his last eight tournaments.

A seven-under-par 65 for Australia’s Scott Hend saw him climb to second place at 15-under. Hend looked like he would pressurise Cink for the victory after the Aussie made eagle at the 13th, but he failed to birdie the remaining par-5s.

Colin Montgomerie secured third place at 13-under. The 62-year-old posted a one-under-par final round.

This win for Cink now more than doubles his lead at the top of the Charles Schwab Cup standings.
