The draws for Regional Qualifying events taking place on Monday 24 June are now available via The Open.com.

County Louth Golf Club, fresh off hosting the East of Ireland Championship last weekend, will be the venue for the Irish Regional Qualifier, and naturally has the vast majority of Irish entrants with 117 in total set to tee it up in Baltray.

48 of the 117 are amateurs whose hopes of a dream Open Championship week and a shot at the Silver Medal start here.

The additional 17 are spread across eight additional venues with two at Rochester and Cobham Park, four at Kilmarnock, one at Caldy, one at Ferndown, two at Moor Park, one at Minchinhampton, three at Bearwood Lakes and three at North Hants.

Due to the high number of entries received from golfers, Frilford Heath has agreed to host an additional qualifying event and the total number of events being played is now 15.

Successful golfers will then go on to compete in Final Qualifying events taking place at Burnham & Berrow, Dundonald, Royal Cinque Ports and West Lancashire on Tuesday 2 July.
