Daniel Mulligan put on a fast finish to soar into the top-6 at the Clutch Pro Tour event in Tandridge.

Mornington man Mulligan carded a final round 66 for a one-under total which saw him shoot up the leaderboard and into a share of sixth place, three shots shy of eventual winner Brandon Robinson-Thompson.

Having birdied the par-3 4th hole, Mulligan birdied three of his last six holes to complete a fine recovery from an opening 73.

Daniel Brennan shot a final round 68 to climb into the top-20 on one-over-par while back-to-back 71s gave Stuart Grehan a share of 26th place on two-over.

K Club’s Conor O’Rourke had a disappointing final round signing for a four-over 74 to end the week on plus three.

John Ross Galbraith, Rowan Lester and Cameron Raymond finished on eight-over.
