Novellus Finance has announced its sponsorship of Hannah Darling as she prepares to make her professional debut on home soil at the 2025 ISPS HANDA Women’s Scottish Open, taking place from 24–27 July at Dundonald Links.

Widely regarded as one of the most promising young talents in British golf, Darling has received a sponsor’s invitation to compete in this year’s championship, marking her first appearance on the Ladies European Tour (LET). The 21-year-old enters the professional ranks following a distinguished amateur career, which included representing Great Britain & Ireland in three consecutive Curtis Cup teams and achieving a peak ranking of No.11 in the World Amateur Golf Rankings.

Billy McManus, CEO of Novellus, said “We are delighted to welcome Hannah as a Novellus athlete. This partnership aligns with what we feel passionate about in supporting elite athletes as they transition into the professional game. Alongside Sara Byrne and Lottie Woad, it’s an honour that Hannah’s first professional shot will be in a Novellus hat. We look forward to supporting and following her at this exciting time in her career. The women’s game is in exceptionally good hands with talent like this coming through and we are confident Hannah will feature significantly in the professional game alongside the stable of impressive young ladies we are fortunate to be partnering with.”

Mark McDonnell, Co-Founder of Modest!, said “I cannot thank Novellus enough for their support of Hannah as she starts her professional career. Novellus continue to do so much to support the next generation of women in golf, a very special organisation.”

Hannah Darling, said “I’m so proud to join Novellus as an ambassador, they do so much for women in golf and I couldn’t be prouder to represent them as I start my professional journey.”

Darling’s amateur achievements also include victory at the Scottish Girls’ Amateur Championship at just 13 years old (the youngest ever to do so) and back-to-back selections for the Junior Solheim Cup and Valigano Trophy, where she most recently helped secure victory for GB&I.

Novellus Finance extends its best wishes to Hannah Darling as she begins this exciting new chapter and looks forward to supporting her development in the professional game.
