After a hugely successful circuit in 2018, the Irish Kids Golf Tour has added a new Easter Trophy to its already appealing offering.
The Irish Kids Golf Tour is expanding its offering and adding to the 2019 schedule by introducing a new ‘Easter Trophy’ on April 18th 2019.
This new Easter Trophy will be played at the iconic Killeen Castle in County Meath which will be another Jack Nicklaus Signature designed course on the Tours schedule and of course it was a previous host venue for the Solheim Cup.
Killeen Castle will join the other outstanding venues in 2019 to bring the competitors the very best junior golf tournament experience.
Entries to all the 2019 events will open soon for booking at only €29 per event and they are sure to fill up quickly.
A new tour idea that provides an event setting for junior golfers to compete in a safe and enjoyable environment on some of Ireland’s best golf courses, this year’s tour concluded last month with its All-Ireland’s finals at the K-Club.
Open to Boys and Girls aged 7-13, the tour is played on some of Ireland’s greatest courses. With KPMG on board as leading sponsor,caddy bibs, live scoring, trophies for all age categories, goody bags and age appropriate tees guaranteed that all the participants experienced a day to remember.
This year, KPMG provided goodie bags and branded caps to everyone involved with the aim of the tour focussed on preparing kids for competitive golf in the future. Hopefully the 600 or so who competed across its staging this time around will be feeling more ready than ever and given the news that a new Easter Trophy has been added to its offering, we can only see its list of participants going from strength to strength.
