Beth Coulter will drive down Magnolia Lane in April when she competes in the Augusta National Women’s Amateur in April.

Coulter will become the latest Irish girl to make her debut at Augusta National after Julie McCarthy, Lauren Walsh and Olivia Mehaffey competed in previous editions of the tournament.

The 19-year-old, who is ranked 50th in the world amateur golf rankings, is in her junior year as an athlete at Arizona State University.

This will be another accolade to add to the growing list for the Kirkistown Castle star after she earned multiple Irish caps as well as making her debut for the victorious Great Britain and Ireland team in the Curtis Cup last September.

Coulter will be joined in the ANWA field from April 2-5 by Curtis Cup team-mates Lottie Woad, who is the reigning National Women’s Amateur champion, England’s Patience Rhodes and Scottish player Hannah Darling.
