Hiscox Ireland, the award-winning Commercial and Personal insurance specialists, have been announced as the Official Insurance Partner of the 2024 KPMG Women’s Irish Open at Carton House, A Fairmont Managed Hotel in Maynooth, Co. Kildare.
With 32 offices across 14 countries, Hiscox employs over 3000 staff globally, and are known most notably for their sponsorship of cricket and creative arts, so this maiden investment into women’s golf is extremely welcome by both their stakeholders and The KPMG Women’s Irish Open.

The KPMG Women’s Irish Open will take place from August 29 to September 1 at Carton House, a Fairmont Managed Hotel. Olympians and Solheim Cup teammates Leona Maguire and Georgia Hall have been confirmed as star players in the field. They will be joined in the field by top LET players Annabel Dimmock and Olivia Cowan.
Leading Irish professionals Lauren Walsh and Olivia Mehaffey have also been confirmed for the tournament. The elite field of female golfers will be competing for a prize fund of €400,000 as they try to claim Smilla Tarning Sønderby’s 2023 title.
