Entries for Monday Qualifiers on the 2021 PGA EuroPro Tour have OPENED! The Tour announced in a historic move last month that for the first time five players will get the opportunity to play in the main tournament each week of the season. The spots will go to the top five of each Monday Qualifier, that will be held at the venue of that week’s tournament ahead of the main event getting underway.

Entries for Monday Qualifiers will close on the Tuesday before the qualifier meaning the first one of the season at Donnington Grove for the World Snooker Golf Championship will close on Tuesday, June 1, in advance of the qualifier taking place on Monday, June, 8 and so on.

Whilst, entries for the main tournament will close two weeks prior to the tournament, this gives ample opportunity for players who may not get into the specific tournament, the opportunity to take part in the qualifier.

Please note that due to a Monday Pro-Am at Cumberwell Park, the qualifier will take place on the Tuesday June, 15 instead. The cost of entry will be £50 for Tour members and £75 for non-members, which will be subtracted from the tournament entry fee if the player qualifies.

The Tour was pleased to clarify recently that amateurs with a handicap of two or better will be able to compete in the Tour’s Monday Qualifiers after seeking relevant approval from The R&A.

The aim is that every regular tournament in the season will have a Monday Qualifier starting from Donnington Grove, subject to any local COVID-19 restrictions and tournament logistics.
