Seapoint’s Dylan Keating and Roscommon’s Simon Walker take a two shot lead into the final round of the Leinster Boys Amateur Open Championship.  Keating added an excellent two under, 69 to his opening 70, whilst Walker added a 70 to his opening 69 to put both boys ahead by two on 139, at Waterford GC today.

Dundalk’s Josh Mackin lies two shots back on one under par, 141.  Armagh’s Joe Rooney jumped up into fourth place with an outstanding back nine of 32, which included two birdies and two eagles.  Local hopeful, Alex Byrne (Waterford), also made the cut on eight over, 150.

Thirty Nine players made the cut for the final 18 Holes tomorrow commencing at 8:00am.
