In any business, education and knowledge are key components and golf is no different. And so it was with delight that we learned that Carr Golf, one of Ireland’s leading providers of golf club management and maintenance services, were sharing some of their knowledge and insight with the golf community though a half-day business briefing at Castleknock Golf Club, Dublin on Monday December 2nd, with leading industry figures providing insights on how data can help improve Customer Experience and enable Golf Clubs to grow and retain their member base.
Henry Bechelet, Senior Agronomist & Technical Manager at ICL will inform how clubs can combat regulatory challenges in disease control, followed by Ed Pettit, Managing Director at Carr Golf’s Maintenance Division illustrating how data can help deliver excellent course standards and presentation. The series will also cover off-the-course matters. Michael Killeen, CEO of CX Academy and a global leader in Customer Experience will discuss the ever changing and demanding needs of the Irish consumer, with Stephen Nelson, Head of Marketing at Carr Golf highlighting what clubs can do in response to create loyal advocates to help acquire and retain new members.
Ed Pettit, Managing Director or the Carr Golf Maintenance Division said, “We’re looking forward to sharing our insights into how clubs can deliver exceptional clients experiences both on and off the course, whilst hearing how clubs across the country are addressing the challenges faced in growing and retaining their membership.”
