Titleist’s new TSR line of drivers and fairway metals will make its tour debut at this week’s Travelers Championship at TPC River Highlands. The company is unveiling its TSR line as part of its “tour seeding and validation” process. The company’s tour reps will work with players and gather feedback in the days leading up to Thursday’s opening round.

Collaborating with the game’s best players throughout the R&D process, and then earning their final validation, is critical to the development of all high-performance Titleist golf equipment.

Titleist Tour Representatives will be working with players over the next three days at TPC River Highlands, fitting them into the new TSR models and gathering their performance feedback.

Thursday’s opening round will mark the first opportunity for players to game the new TSR metalwoods in competition.

The line features a TSR2, TSR3 and TSR4 model. According to the USGA’s list of conforming driver heads, the TSR2 and TSR4 appear to have a non-adjustable weight port in the rear while the TSR3 has an adjustable weight port with five settings: two in the toe, two in the heel and one neutral.

The listing as well as the image seeded by Titleist shows all three drivers with right- and left-handed models. In the TSR2 lofts are 8, 9, 10 and 11 degrees in right-hand and 9, 10 and 11 degrees in left-hand. The TSR3 is 8, 9, 10 and 11 degrees in right-hand and 8, 9, 10 and degrees in left-hand while the TSR4 is 8, 9 and 10 degrees in right-hand and 8 and 9 degrees in left-hand.

Stay tuned to Titleist.com and Titleist’s social channels for updates as this process continues over the coming weeks across the worldwide professional tours.
