The DP World Tour today announced an extension to its long-standing agreement with Club Car, which will see the world’s largest manufacturer of small-wheel, zero-emission electric vehicles remain as an Official Supplier to the DP World Tour.
Club Car has been a supplier to the Tour since 1999 and its vehicles are vital to the staging of DP World Tour events around the globe. The vehicles are used to support numerous aspects of tournament operations and logistics from rules to television production and everything in between.
As well as supplying golf cars to the DP World Tour, Club Car has also been an Official Supplier at every Ryder Cup staged on European soil since 1997 – a role it continued as Team Europe won back the iconic Ryder Cup trophy at Marco Simone Golf and Country Club in Rome, Italy last year.
