Daniel Mulligan leads by three shots heading into the final round of the Palmares Open on the Portuguese Pro Tour.
Mulligan followed up an opening 65 with a second round of 66 to hit the front on thirteen-under and leapfrog overnight leader JR Galbraith.
Mulligan holds a three shot lead after reeling off seven birdies in round two and he has dropped just one shot, coming on the par-3 12th on Thursday.
Galbraith remains in the hunt on ten-under after a second round of 70 where the came home in 33 with three birdies in his last six holes.
It looks set for a two-horse race on Friday with two shots between Galbraith and third place.
Robert Moran is in a share of fifth place on five-under after a round of 72. The Castle golfer was five-over through ten holes then birdied five of his final eight holes.
John Murphy rounds off the top-10 on four-under-par.
