After an opening five-under that saw him placed just outside the top-10 at the Clutch Pro Tour event at Stoneham Golf Club, Daniel Mulligan will be disappointed with his closing 74 that saw him drop to T49.

In a shotgun start, Mulligan began his final round on the seventh, and after three pars, dropped a shot at the 10th. He’d then birdie three of the next four holes, but would go bogey, double bogey on 17 and 18 to drop back to one-over for the day.

A birdie at the first was offset by another double on the fourth and any hopes of a good payday went with it.

John-Ross Galbraith, who opened with a 73, improved by two in round two, but his one-under 71 saw him finish in a tie for 73rd.

England’s Curtis Knipes followed up his 65 with a final-round 64 to secure a one-stroke victory over fellow countryman Giles Evans. Evans, who entered the final round as leader after a 62 on day one, opened his round with an eagle-three, but two bogeys on his back nine proved costly, while Knipes made seven birdies and an eagle to overtake Evans, taking his first win on the Clutch Pro circuit and climbing to second on the Order of Merit.
