Four-time Major winning Rory McIlroy will make his AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am debut alongside four-time Pebblie Beach winner Phil Mickelson. McIlroy is teaming with his father, Gerry who is also his partner at the European Tour’s Alfred Dunhill Links Championship in Scotland.

Defending champion, Jordan Speith will have country music star Jake Owen as his partner and another interesting pairing at this week’s $7.4m event is World No. 1 Dustin Johnson who is paired with NHL legend, Wayne Gretsky, the father of his partner, Paulina.

Johnson, winner of the event in both 2009 and 2010 and also nearly winner of the 2010 U.S. Open at Pebble Beach, and Spieth will tee-off in the same group Thursday at Spyglass Hill,  Friday at Monterey Peninsula Country Club and then Saturday at Pebble Beach.

McIlroy and Mickelson, with investment banker Jimmy Dunne III  as his amateur partner, will commence their quest for the $1.3m first prize at Spyglass Hill while they will be also at Monterey Peninsula on Friday and Saturday compete at Pebble Beach.
