The world renowned Druids Glen Resort has been announced as next year’s host venue for the eagerly anticipated KMPG Irish Kids Golf Tour All-Ireland Finals.
On Wednesday August 21st 2019, the competitors, having come through interprovincial contests across some of the finest courses in Ireland, will play the final event on the Tour calendar at the stunning Wicklow layout.
This famous course designed by Pat Ruddy & Tom Craddock has hosted the prestigious Seve Trophy and is a four time Irish Open Venue. A fitting venue for the season ending All-Ireland and again the competitors of the tour will walk in the footsteps of the world’s best.
The KPMG Irish Kids Golf Tour has become the go to Junior Tour in Ireland with six amazing venues now on its 2019 rota. With KPMG on board as leading sponsor, the Tour offered professionally conducted competitions for both boys and girls aged 13 years and under, that helped develop players both on and off the golf course.
As part of the sponsorship, KPMG provided goody bags and branded caps to everyone involved with the aim of the Tour focussed on preparing kids for competitive golf in the future.
Hopefully the 600 or so who competed this year across its staging will be feeling more ready than ever and we have no doubt that this event will only go from strength to strength, especially now with Druids Glen on board too.
At €29 per event to include; Live scoring, goody bags, caddy bibs and trophies for all age categories, the kids are sure to experience a golf event which is unrivalled.
2019 entries will open soon via the website www.irishkidsgolftour.com – You won’t want to miss it.
