Seamus Power may be taking a break from competition as he continues to nurse a back injury that forced his withdrawal from last week’s American Express Championship, but that hasn’t stopped him again being selected by his peers to represent them on the PGA Tour’s Player Advisory Council this year.

The PAC liaise with the PGA Tour Policy Board and PGA Tour Commissioner Jay Monahan on various issues which may affect the PGA Tour players, and the PAC panel is 16-strong with some of the more senior players trusted to represent their fellow pros.

Power was voted onto the PAC in January 2024 and has again been selected this year alongside world number one Scottie Scheffler who is also returning for the second year running.

Sam Burns, Justin Thomas, Max Homa, Brian Harman, Maverick McNealy and Keith Mitchell were also on the PAC in 2024, while Eric Cole, Trevor Cone, Max McGreevy and Gary Woodland will all step into the role for the first time.

Rickie Fowler, Brandt Snedeker, Charley Hoffman and Kevin Kisner have all served on the PAC in previous years and have been re-elected having been absent from the Council for various reasons in 2024.

The PAC Chairman and the PAC Subcommittees will be selected at a later date.
