Five Irish players made it to the match play stages at the Ladies British Amateur at Pyle & Kenfig.

Paula Grant was the leading qualifier at the South Wales venue and leads the Irish charge going into the match play stages.  In total 64 players will compete at this stage with 3 rounds of matches before the quarters, semis and final take place.

This morning the Irish players line up as follows;

7:46am. Olivia Mehaffey (RCD Ladies) -V- Chloe Goadby (Scotland)
7:54am.  Mairead Martin (Kanturk) -V- Ariane Klotz (France)
8:02am. Leona Maguire (Slieve Russell) -V- Elena Hualde Zuniga (Spain)
8:42am. Chloe Ryan (Castletroy) -V- Amanda Linner (Sweden)
