Glenmuir has been crafting luxurious Scottish knitwear since 1891. To honour this, they have taken inspiration to combine elements from their classic Scottish roots with contemporary styling to bring you The Heritage Collection – a combination of sustainable natural fibres, luxuriously soft fabric and casual comfort.
Throughout the collection the colour pallet reflects Glenmuir’s heritage, with Bottle Green reflective of the beautiful evergreen country side, Navy a staple classic colour throughout any Glenmuir wardrobe, and Light Grey Marl which represents their luxuriously soft fibres. In addition to this the Black Watch Tartan ties the collection together beautifully, combining the colours as well as the inspiration behind the collection.
Soft, comforting and warm, the g.LONDON roll neck, has the ‘1891’ logo smoothly intarsia-knitted on the chest celebrating an ever long lasting sporting heritage and adding casual styling to the Touch of Cashmere collection. The colour blocked chest continues onto the sleeves with a stripe beneath to compliment the 1891 intarsia. It is made from a blend of the finest quality combed cotton and the famed luxury of cashmere, for a sweater of incredible softness and lustre. This unisex mid-weight sweater has a somewhat relaxed shape and is available in two colour combinations; Navy/Bottle/White and Light Grey Marl/Navy/White.
Another addition to the Heritage collection in Touch of Cashmere is g.HAYDEN, combining the finest cotton and softness of cashmere with retro sporting style, giving this crew neck sweater casual vibes whilst retaining a high quality luxurious look. The sweater has a double tipped ribbed crew neck collar, with complimentary double stripes on each sleeve, 1891 is beautifully embroidered onto the left chest. The sweater can be seen in a classic combination of Navy/White as well as Light Grey Marl/Bottle.
Last but by no means least the g.QUINN is a unisex crew neck sweatshirt, with classic sweatshirt styling such as a v insert detail and topstitching around the neck, cuffs and hem. g.QUINN is the epitome of casual luxury, combining the finest combed cotton with the luxurious look and feel of cashmere wool for a piece of knitwear that is beautifully soft, breathable and warm. The luxury sweater is available in a classic Navy with white tipping detail and the Glenmuir 1891 logo embroidered on the left chest. It is also introduced in the Black Watch Tartan to celebrate Glenmuir’s rich Scottish Heritage, also with white tipped details and Glenmuir 1891 embroidery.
